Do I need a referral to see you?
You do not need a referral to make an appointment. However, some clients are eligible for up to 5 dietetic consults per year which are partially subsidised by Medicare through the government funded Chronic Disease Management Plan. Make an appointment with your doctor to see if you are eligible to access these subsidised consults.
Will my appointment be covered by private health?
Rebates provided from your private health fund will depend on your level of cover. Contact your private health insurer to confirm your level of cover.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payments made by card or direct bank transfer are accepted.
How much will a session cost?
Please contact us directly so we can provide an accurate quote.
Usually initial consultations are $150 and reviews are $80.
If you have a current Chronic Disease Management Plan (medicare) from your doctor, medicare will rebate you $56 for a maximum of 5 consults per calendar year. Alternatively, you might receive a rebate from your private health fund depending on your level of cover.

Initial express consultation (private) - 30 minutes
Initial extended consultation (private) - 60 minutes
Review consultations (private and medicare) - 30 minutes
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, it is required that you call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment should you wish to reschedule or cancel. Failure to attend an appointment or cancelling without sufficient notice will incur the full fee of your appointment. Considerations will be given under special circumstances.
