Do I need a referral to see you?
You do not need a referral to make an appointment. However, some clients are eligible for up to 5 dietetic consults per year which are partially subsidised by Medicare through the government funded Chronic Disease Management Plan. Make an appointment with your doctor to see if you are eligible to access these subsidised consults.
Will my appointment be covered by private health?
Rebates provided from your private health fund will depend on your level of cover. Contact your private health insurer to confirm your level of cover.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payments made by credit card and direct bank transfer are accepted. All payments are to be made on the day of the appointment.
How much will a session cost?

Usually initial consultations are $150 and reviews are $85. Please note prices may differ based on condition and we do not routinely bulk bill.
If you have a current Chronic Disease Management Plan (medicare) from your doctor, medicare will rebate you $58.3 for a maximum of 5 consults per calendar year. Alternatively, you might receive a rebate from your private health fund depending on your level of cover.
How long are appointments?
Initial consultations - 45 minutes
Review consultations - 30 minutes
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, it is required that you call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment should you wish to reschedule or cancel. Failure to attend an appointment or cancelling without sufficient notice will incur the full fee of your appointment. Considerations will be given under special circumstances.
